Welcome to FMotion Marketing Agency.

By engaging with FMotion as a client for social media management, logo creation, and web design services, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are established to ensure a clear understanding and to safeguard both parties involved. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, so we recommend reviewing them regularly.

Payments

​

FMotion requires payment upfront for services to be rendered in the upcoming month. Payments can be made via card or PayPal on the day you sign up. Subsequently, you will enter a monthly rolling subscription, with payments due on the same day each month, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.

Should a payment fail, we will notify you and attempt two additional payments within the following 7 days. If payment is not received after these attempts, our services will be paused until payment is settled.

Cancellation of services must be done through our website or by contacting us directly before the next billing cycle. If the subscription is not cancelled in time, it will be assumed that services are to continue, and no refunds will be provided.

Communication

​

Our team is dedicated to responding to all enquiries promptly, typically within 24 hours, excluding weekends. During peak periods, responses may take slightly longer, but urgent communications will be prioritized. Please note, FMotion is not liable for any damages or loss of earnings due to communication delays.

Ownership

​

All content, including logos and designs created by FMotion, will become the client's property upon full payment. FMotion reserves the right to reuse non-client specific materials for other purposes. Social media accounts created by FMotion will be handed over to the client upon completion of the service.

Content and Service

​

FMotion will create content based on the initial instructions provided by the client, including brand and social media guidelines. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the client must verify that the content posted is correct and notify us of any discrepancies. FMotion is not liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate content.

Clients are encouraged to keep us informed of any significant changes or news regarding their business to ensure content remains relevant and accurate.

Our services aim to increase brand awareness and generate new business, but we cannot guarantee specific results. FMotion is committed to excellence and aims to surpass client expectations. While we strive to closely align with your vision, please understand that we cannot be held liable for content that may not meet every unique expectation. We encourage ongoing communication to ensure our services consistently resonate with and exceed your standards.

FMotion takes data protection seriously and complies with GDPR regulations. We store client information securely for internal use and potential marketing purposes. Any sensitive data provided will be handled with the utmost care and deleted securely if services are terminated.
